Phuc Labs Inc operates the isolace platform at isolace.net, software used by Kumon learning centers. On behalf of each participating center, we send recurring customer-care text messages to that center's own parents and guardians who have opted in. Each message begins with the name of the center that sent it.
Sample: “[Center name]: Thanks Alex! We received your free-assessment request for Sam and will confirm a time soon. You're subscribed to [Center name] texts about appointments, attendance and progress. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
These are customer-care messages, not marketing. Message frequency varies with your child’s schedule and activity.
A parent or guardian enters their mobile number and checks an unchecked, optional SMS consent
box on the center’s enrollment or assessment form on isolace.net
(for example /kumon-enroll, /kumon-assessment and /enroll).
The box shows this disclosure beside the phone field:
