isolace is software for learning centers: check-in and check-out, a record of the day, consented photos, staff time-clock, and the messages that tell families what happened.
Who may use it
The isolace mobile apps and dashboards are for center staff and for the parents and guardians of that center's students. You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Children do not have accounts and must not be given one; the lobby tablet is designed for a child to use without signing in to anything.
Your center creates your account. If you are not enrolled at a center that uses isolace, the apps will not sign you in — this is deliberate, and it is what stops an unknown person reaching a center's children.
Accounts and centers
A center's subscription is agreed between isolace and that center, in the agreement the center signed. That agreement — not this page — governs price, term, invoicing, service commitments and termination. There is no free trial and no promotional tier.
Parents and staff pay isolace nothing. There are no purchases, subscriptions or payments of any kind inside the mobile apps. Where a center collects tuition through isolace, that is a payment to the center, made on the web and processed by Stripe.
What the center is responsible for
- The accuracy of its roster, its guardian contacts and its records
- Obtaining the consents its own families and its own law require, including photo consent, and keeping the consent flags current
- Who on its staff holds which role, and revoking access when someone leaves
- Its own retention obligations for education and employment records
What isolace is responsible for
- Keeping each center's data separate from every other center's
- Refusing to capture or show a photo where consent is off
- Never selling, sharing or advertising against student or family data, and never using it to train a model
- Providing in-app account deletion, and honouring it immediately
Acceptable use
Do not use isolace to reach a child directly, to photograph a person without their family's consent, to access a center or a family you are not authorised for, or to attempt to defeat the separation between centers. Do not attempt to extract another center's data. Accounts that do any of these are closed.
Content
Photos, videos and records created at a center belong to that center and its families. isolace claims no ownership of them and uses them for nothing beyond running the service for that center — not marketing, not illustration, not model training. Nothing a family sees in the app is public, and there is no public or cross-family feed to post to.
Ending it
You can delete your own account in the app at any time (More → Account → Delete account). A center ending its subscription takes its records with it; that is why they are kept per center rather than pooled.

Warranties, limitation of liability, indemnities, dispute resolution and governing law are set out in the agreement your center signed, and are not restated here. If your center needs a copy, write to hello@isolace.net.
isolace is an independent product built for the operators of Kumon-branded learning centers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Kumon. No Kumon trademark is used in the isolace apps, and a center's own name and branding reach the product only as data that center entered about itself.
